1) Do you have a price list?
Answer: With custom Ultimate Jerseys, prices are determined by a number of factors. Our prices are based on quantity, the number of colors in your design, whether your order is full or semi-custom and which items you order. Once all of this information is submitted, your order will be priced individually; no two orders are the same.
2) What is the difference between full custom and semi-custom?
Answer: Our full custom program is used when you have a particular design/background in mind and would like to have our artists transform that into your Ultimate Jerseys; or if you have your own artist create the design for you. You may submit your design in any form you like, or sketch it onto our downloadable template and our artists will make it come alive. If you already have an artist, please have them fit your design to our template. With our semi-custom program, you choose one of our ready-made designs, and then add your own logos.
3) What are your minimums?
Answer: We have low order minimums. If you only need a few jerseys, it's no problem - we would be happy to work with you! Contact us today for a quote.
4) What is sublimation? What type of ink do you use?
Answer: Sublimation is a sophisticated printing process, common for sports apparel. It is also the printing process used for flags. The images are initially printed on coated transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design. Then the image is transferred onto polyester fabric using a high temperature and pressure, so that the dye turns into a gas; infusing into the fabric and solidifying into it's fibers. The fabric is permanently dyed, so it does not fade and can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.
